Overlord's Lair is a black-and-white strategy game where you command an evil overlord's lair. Each turn, seal a devilish pact, invest in minions and spells, then defend against waves of heroic invaders through card-driven combat.

Gameplay Loop:

• Seal a Pact: Choose from boon/bane pairs that grant resources or units while imposing sacrifices. So are deals with the dark powers!

• Economy Phase: Spend Food and Mana to recruit minions from multiple factions (Demons, Undead, Orcs, Dark Elves, and more) or learn tactical and strategic spells. Also cast strategic spells.

• Tactics Selection: Choose formation tactics based on your combined Might before battle.

• Combat Phase: Draw spells, cast exactly one per round, and assign incoming damage across three rounds of tactical combat.
• If you survive, collect the loot, heal or eat your wounded, and torwards the next year.

Defend your lair, expand your dark influence, and crush all who dare challenge your reign.
